What’s The Best Coupon Offer To Bring Customers In My Store?

What coupon offers can I put in my newspaper ad that will draw customers to my deli/store. We would like to focus more on the catering part of our business or higher end purchases. Buy one sandwich get one free doesn’t bring in the revenue that we are looking for. What are some good headlines and call to action words can we add? Thank you.

have you thought of rewards cards? Say, each $1 would equal 1 point, and for every 100 points, your customer would receive 10% off a catering item. This system works well with all kinds of businesses and you customize it to work the way you want it to.
do a google search on gift and loyalty cards. I came up with this site:http://www.rewardforloyalty.com

We Cater! Book an event now and save 15%!
Also advertise with businesses in your area. I used to work for a medical supply company that was always doing inservices at hospitals and therapy companies. We always brought in catering for these things. Offer them a heavy discount for the first time or two they use you, then they are likely to stick with you, especially if you make it easy for them and make the food well. Good luck.

Add chips and soda for free coupon. That would bring in single lunchers. You have to find a coworker that wants the same thing you do for the buy one get one free offers.

Why don’t you accept competitor’s coupons?
If you can maintain this so potential customers get used to it you are in essence using the competition’s marketing for yourself.
